Matthew Hogben

Matthew has always had a career in and around water, Passionate and experienced Instructor fully qualified with STA Level 2 certifications and Swim England Level 1.  Matthew holds an enhanced DBS check that can be verified online this is useful as a collection agent as Matthew often needs to enter school pools for water sampling.
